These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any order you place with us. Please read them carefully. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

This website is operated by RS Cleaning Machines Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14622082, VAT number 434738970), registered office Rochester Farm, The Front Office, Great Leighs, CM3 1NE. "We", "us" and "our" refer to RS Cleaning Machines Ltd.

Using our website

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to introduce viruses or other malicious code.
  • You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the site or its content without our written permission.

Products, descriptions & availability

  • We make every effort to describe and picture products accurately, but images and specifications are for guidance and may vary slightly. Monitor colours may not display exactly.
  • All products are subject to availability. We may change or withdraw any product, and limit or refuse any order, at our discretion.
  • Some products are available to order only, or are sold on a price-on-application or special-order basis, as indicated on the product page.

Pricing & VAT

  • Prices are shown both excluding and including VAT. The price payable is confirmed at checkout.
  • Prices may change without notice, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.
  • Despite our best efforts, occasional errors in price or description can occur. Where we discover an error, we may correct it or cancel the order, even after it's been placed, and will let you know.

Orders & acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept it, which we do when we dispatch the goods (or confirm dispatch by email).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order - for example where goods are unavailable, where there's a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payment is taken through our secure checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information. Card details are encrypted in transit. Trade account customers are invoiced under their separate trade account terms.

Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

Returns & cancellation

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Returns Policy. Where you are a consumer, you may also have a statutory right to cancel certain online orders; nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Trade accounts

Trade accounts and any credit facility are governed by our separate Trade Account Terms & Conditions, supplied as part of account setup.

Intellectual property

All content on this site - text, images, logos and design - is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products or practices, and including a link doesn't imply endorsement. Please review their terms before dealing with them.

Liability

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses (including loss of profit, revenue or data) where you are buying for business purposes. Where we are liable, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. The site and its content are provided "as is", and we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept any changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
