Shipping policy
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Delivery charge
UK delivery is a flat rate of £5 +VAT on all orders, shown at checkout.
Processing & delivery times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- We do not process or ship on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once dispatched, depending on destination and item.
- Larger machines may be sent on a pallet or dedicated courier service.
Couriers & tracking
We ship via reputable carriers including Royal Mail and DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details where available.
Delivery addresses
- Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete - we can't accept responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- We don't deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a full business or residential address.
Restricted items
Some items may carry shipping restrictions. Where this applies, it will be noted on the product page.
Delays
Occasionally deliveries are delayed by high demand, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We'll let you know if there's a significant delay to your order.
Damaged or lost parcels
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, or a parcel is lost in transit, contact us straight away at enquiries@rscleaningmachines.com with your order number and details, and we'll work with the courier to put it right.
